Confirmation	A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued.
Payment	Fees are settled before the course starts, by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation	Free of charge up to 5 working days before the course starts.
Substitution or transfer	After that, a substitute participant may attend, or the registration can be moved to a later date.
No-show	A participant who does not attend without notice is charged in full.
